Home Visitor Service

We employ Pat Stevens to review the needs of our members, and to share problems and happy events with them.

Pat was a senior teacher at Greenhall Community Special School until she retired. We were very fortunate to persuade her to join us. Her experience with the children in Greenhall, and the contact kept as they move on through transition is very valuable.

Pat undertakes hospital visits with parents; this gives support and confidence and makes for a better contact with consultants.

Each day brings a challenge, which could be to help with form filling, or give support to a parent over the telephone or arranging a home visit.
